Saint Lucia Prime Minister Honorable Stephenson King leads a delegation to visit NPUST on 19 June, 2008

At the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Honorable Stephenson King, Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, led an eight-member delegation, including Honorable Ezechiel Joseph, Minister for Agriculture, Lands, Fisheries and Forestry, and Honorable Charlotte Elizabeth Theresa Tessa Mangal, Minister in the Office of the Prime Minister to visit Taiwan. Accompanied by Mr. Tom Chou, ROC ambassador in Saint Lucia, the delegation visited NPUST on June 18, 2008. The students and staffs of NPUST showed a sincere welcome to the delegation. Dr. W.J. Liang, the vice president of NPUST made a briefing of NPUST and presented the Prime Minister of Saint Lucia with a Chinese pottery. The delegation also visited the department of Tropical Agriculture and International Cooperation and the Innovation and Practical Training Center and left NPUST at 3:30 pm.
