1.Summer Vacation Accommodation bunk number will be arranged by life guidance department, during this time period the Dormitory
rules, Student rewards and punishments standards will still apply.
2.Application duration: 2025 May 19th -2025 June 5th 17:00. Applications not submitted within the specified time will not be accepted. (Reminder: the summer vacation accommodation applications aren’t opened on May 26.27.28th, June 3nd)
3.Applying method: Please download the application form on NPUST Campus News. Please complete the form and bring it to the
life guidance department before the deadline.
4.Payment: Please bring this form and fees to the life guidance department. Please come from 9 am to 11 am and 2 pm to 5 pm (PS. The property guarantee fee will be collected on the check-in day.)
5.Check-in on22nd June 2025 (17:00-19:00) .Check-out on 29th August 2025(08:00-12:00) , please move back to your origin dorm on 29th August 2025 at 12:00a.m..
※ Please confirm before applying for winter vacation accommodation. Due to the processing of the work, the fee will not be refunded
after application and payment.
※ Please bring and provide the 2025 Summer Accommodation receipt to dorm assistants during check-in.
※ For 114 boarders, the total summer time fee is 4620NTD (11 week)
For non-114 boarders, the total summer time fee is 4200 NTD (10 week)
※ The summer Vacation Dormitory Accommodation will be as followed, men’s in dormitory De, Shi; woman’s in dormitory Zhi , Hui. Generator installation work will be carried out in all dormitory buildings during the summer vacation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
