1. Position: Full-time Research Assistant and/or Part-time Assistant
2. Number of Vacancies: 1–2
3. Contract Duration: From the date of hire until December 31, 2025 (Renewable based on performance)
4. Salary: In accordance with the funding regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture (including labor and health insurance)
5. Work Location: Shalin Laboratory and various field study sites
6. Working Hours:
- Full-time Assistant: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (9:00 AM–5:30 PM), and additional hours as required for fieldwork (compensatory leave available for weekend work)
- Part-time Assistant: Approximately 24 hours/week (schedule adjustable)
7. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and laboratory work, including molecular biology techniques such as nucleic acid extraction and PCR
- Assist with field investigations and data analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
8. Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid scooter license; a car driver’s license is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in biological sciences or experience with molecular techniques is preferred
- Knowledge of wildlife biology is a plus
- Must be responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and capable of working as part of a team
