1. According to Article 18 of the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act," smoking is strictly prohibited on all levels of educational campuses. Violators found smoking in designated non-smoking areas or places where smoking is prohibited (including the use of tobacco-related products) may face a maximum fine of 10,000 New Taiwan Dollars.

2. Individuals under the age of 20 are prohibited from smoking under the newly enacted Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act. Offenders are required to undergo "smoking cessation education."
3. Universities and colleges are designated as entirely smoke-free areas, including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products. The provision of smoking-related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited.
4. All departments and administrative units are requested to inspect their respective buildings (on a per-building basis) during the winter vacation and prominently display "No Smoking Signs" at all entrances as required.
