FFTC- BAPHIQ-TARI-APAARI International Webinar on “Monitoring and Early Warning of Plant Pest and Disease Epidemics in Response to Climate Change” is going to be held on July 27-28 in the afternoon. The event is jointly organized by FFTC and Bureau of Animal and Plant Health Inspection and Quarantine (BAPHIQ), COA; Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), COA; and Asia-Pacific Association of Agricultural Research Institutions (APAARI).
