親愛的境外生同學：
To ensure you have a safe and wonderful study journey in Taiwan, the university reminds you to stay vigilant against illegal drugs and related crimes.
為了讓大家在台灣能安心學習，學校特別提醒大家務必遠離毒品，保護自身安全！
⚠️ Crucial Reminders / 留學防毒安全守則：
•Be alert to invitations: Never accept food, drinks, or items from strangers or casual acquaintances.
提高警覺： 勿輕易接受陌生人、不熟朋友提供的食物或飲料。
•Never carry unknown items: Do not agree to carry or transport luggages/packages for others, as they might contain hidden illegal substances.
拒絕不明攜帶： 切勿幫他人代為攜帶或運送來路不明的行李與包裹，以免無意中成為運毒幫兇。
•Know the consequences: Drug offenses in Taiwan carry severe legal penalties, including heavy fines, imprisonment, and immediate deportation.
了解法律責任： 台灣對毒品犯罪有嚴厲的法律制裁（包含坐牢與罰金），並會面臨被撤銷簽證及強制遣返。
